Company Background

Advance Employment Inc. is a community based Disability Employment Service (DES) funded by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR). Advance Employment provides specialist mental health and general disability employment services in the Employment Support Services (ESS) program. Advance Employment has been in operation in the Townsville region since 1996 and in January 2011 Dalflin Employment Service Charters Towers merged with Advance Employment. Advance Employment now delivers DES in both Townsville and Charters Towers. Management and staff at Advance Employment realize that successful job placements are a result of a combination of recognizing jobseeker expertise and the formation of positive and supportive relationships based on dignity, trust and respect.
